Choose your board specification, then upload your own print-ready agency artwork. Estate Printflow supplies custom-printed estate agent boards; there is no online design editor.

Final production requirements and templates must be agreed before artwork is accepted for printing.
Suggested file checklist
| File formats | PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPEG and TIFF. |

| Maximum file size | 25 MB per file. |
| Board dimensions | Match the dimensions selected in your product configuration. |
| Bleed | Confirm the required bleed before preparing the final file. |
| Safe area | Keep text and logos inside the trim edge; exact margin to confirm. |
| Resolution | Raster pixel dimensions are recorded. Effective resolution is calculated for production review. |
| Colour and type | Colour space, embedded fonts and PDF page dimensions require manual review. |
| Double-sided printing | Upload each face separately, or choose the same artwork for both sides. |

Check spelling, agency contact details and image quality at final size. Remove draft elements and match your design to your chosen board format.
